Other than learning how to hire people, market mapping, client co-ordination; career at Populus will develop your interviewing skills. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on end to end recruitment of manpower
2. Understand the client requirement
3. Work on job portals and screen relevant profiles
4. Schedule and interview candidates over the phone
5. Connect with the candidates and briefing them about the company and its role
6. Work on coordinating interviews with panels
7. Work on closing the positions and getting the right talent in the company

2. can start the part time job/internship between 4th Jan'20 and 3rd Feb'20
3. are available for duration of 2 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests
