Human Resources (HR) Internship (Part time)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understanding the client requirement and manage end to end recruitment accordingly.
2. Sourcing of candidates through database/job portals/social media
3. Headhunting for getting the correct candidate
4. Screening the candidates as per the JD
5. Explaining the job role and interview process to the candidate
6. Grooming the candidates on the USP's of the client
7. Sharing the JD with the candidates
8. Sharing the candidate profile with the client and checking for client availability for Interview
9. Sharing the interview schedule with clients
10. Following up with candidates for interview
11. Taking references from the candidates and utilizing the references properly
12. Following up with client for the interview feedback
13. Coordinating with the client for salary and notice period negotiation
14. Following up with the candidate for the documentation with the client
15. Coordinating for the date of joining with candidate/SPOC/client
