About part time job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1.1. Participate in end to end recruitment cycle which means sourcing the candidates, taking references for the job profiles being provided to them
2. Make at least 100 calls in a day in order to source the best candidate for the job profile provided

The intern has the flexibility to work at least min 4 hours in a day as per their convenient time. We need someone who is proactive and resourceful and can work independently in their given areas. Someone who has a basic knowledge about the HR process is most suitable for this role. This is a target based job and target linked incentives will also be provided for every closure.
