Human Resources (HR) Internship (Part time)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Design and update job descriptions
2. Visit Company/client website and understand their work nature and compare with the job description to explain to the candidates while lining up
3. Post jobs and send mass mails
4. Screen resumes of the candidates through job portal, headhunting, reference, online channels, etc. based on the job description available
5. Shortlist resumes based on several search factors such as skills, recently updated resume, location, experience, salary, current/previous employers, etc.
6. Call the shortlisted candidates to know their interest in the job opening
7. Convince candidate to attend the interviews
