Human Resources (HR) Internship (Part time)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Calling to interested candidates
2. Evaluating based on the eligibility criteria
3. Aligning Telephonic/ Face-Face Interviews
4. Follow-up/ Feedback
5. Managing Data and Basics of MIS Work
6. Posting Job/ Attracting candidates/ Campus Drive

Most Importantly:

1. Interns are suppose to be in Pune City Boundary or ready to relocate in Pune.
2. Interns can opt for either In-Office or work from home(Based on the Requirement)
3. Interns will be required to work 8 Hours a day
4. Interns can opt for Internship either for 4 Months or 6 Months(Based on the Requirement)
5. Work from office Location will be Kharadi, Pune
6. Work from Home Interns are also required to attend 15-30 Days of Training at Office(Based on the Requirement)
