Human Resources (HR) Internship (Remote)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Posting job advertisements in job portals and social media platforms
2. Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill the company s requirements
3. Scheduling & coordinating interviews (virtually/face-face) with shortlisted candidates & providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status
4. Ensuring the sensitive company and employee information is always kept confidential

Requirements:

1. Candidate should possess exceptional writing, listening, and presentation skills, and must be able to communicate complicated concepts, laws regulations and procedures with clarity, effectiveness, and confidence
2. A deep understanding of the company s culture and objectives is mandatory & should be able to apply all standards with diligence, efficiency, and professionalism
3. Strong time management, prioritizing, documentation, and appropriate delegation skills are a must
4. Must possess collaboration, motivation, strong decision-making skills, and inspire to constantly improve performance
