Human Resources (HR) Internship (Part time/Remote)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes from start to finish
2. Manage employee databases and other records
3. Assist with developing and revising employee policies and procedures
4. Coordinate employee training and development programs
5. Prepare reports, presentations, and communications
6. Assist with the implementation of human resources programs and initiatives
7. Assist with employee relations, including the resolution of HR-related disputes
8. Participate in ad-hoc projects and provide administrative support to the HR team

Requirements:

1. The ideal candidate is an independent self-starter with a passion for human resources, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a solid knowledge of LinkedIn Marketing, English proficiency (spoken & written), MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word
2. Having some experience with Instagram and Facebook marketing is a plus
