2. Shortlisting good candidates according to skills
3. Assigning tasks to candidates, interacting with them and reviewing the tasks
4. Onboarding the selected people
5. Hiring for technical and non-technical roles
6. Hiring for various departments

Added requirements

1. Should have basic to intermediate (theoretical or practical) knowledge in SQL/DB, web or Android development, SDLC and testing
