Selected intern's day to day responsibilities include:

1. Learning the best practices related to shortlisting, profiling, and onboarding in the field of recruitment, etc.
2. Syncing yourself with Advids' hiring philosophy and guides
3. Learning from team members on how to get better
4. Joining weekly team meetings and debriefing sessions
5. Conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
6. Helping other HR team members improve with any new-found knowledge
7. Helping all employees win and giving them a reason to smile
