Human Resources (HR) Internship (Part time/Remote)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sourcing candidates from recruitment portals including Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and others after getting a good understanding of the job description
2. Screening resumes and applications received
3. Conducting the first telephonic screening round and providing recommendations
4. Scheduling system technical tests with candidates and following up to ensure timely response
5. Coordinating with candidates as and when required to schedule interviews, before joining, etc.
6. Working on the applicant tracking system and internal databases & dashboards
7. Handling other tasks as assigned
