3. Maintain the record and achieve client recruitment pressure
4. Coordinate the interview process
5. Handle employee personnel file management
6. Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
7. Conduct orientations
8. Handle calling, screening, short-listing, and interviewing of the candidates as per the company requirement
