Human Resources (HR) Internship (Part time/Remote)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Build & drive recruitment, retention, induction material
2. Create a compelling vision and strategy to engage with institutions and individuals in order to attract the best and brightest leaders in a city
3. Uphold organizational culture that makes CD a great place to work for both volunteers and employees
4. Draft the guidelines and policies to be followed for volunteers, leads, employees and schools, in line with the requirements and the mission of the organization
5. Prepare drafts for material like offer letter, relieving letter amongst others, in line with the requirements of the organization
