Human Resources (HR) Internship (Remote)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Developing a thorough understanding of job roles given by our clients by researching various online and offline sources
2. Identifying the right candidate with the right skills to match the requirements of the client
3. Sourcing/Screening & shortlisting profiles, tracking candidates, following-up, processing CVs, and updating/maintaining internal database from the internal database from various portals and through references
4. Identifying the potential candidates through various sources like LinkedIn, job portals, etc., and networking/headhunting to fill the vacant positions
5. Evaluating the skills and competencies of the candidate, including communication, interpersonal skills, confidence level, presentation, and the ability to make the right decision
6. Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job
7. Organizing interviews for candidates with the client, as requested
8. Informing candidates about the results of the interviews
9. Negotiating salary pay and finalizing the arrangements between the client and the candidate
