1. Developing a thorough understanding of job roles given by our clients, by researching various online and offline sources (Technology/Science roles)
2. Identifying the right candidate with the right skills to match the requirements of the client
3. Screening, short-listing profiles, tracking candidates and follow-ups, processing CVs, updating/maintaining the internal database from the internal database, various portals, and references
4. Identifying the potential candidates through various sources like linked in, job portals, networking, headhunting, etc.
5. Doing mass mails by putting the right set of keywords, job posting on portals.
6. Getting references from candidates
7. Keeping data updated on ATS, online trackers as per the guidelines for future references & records
8. Evaluating the skills and competencies of the candidate including communication, interpersonal skills, confidence level, presentation, and ability to make the right decision
9. Guiding candidates regarding assessment tests (for specific clients) & throughout interview rounds
