About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on benchmarking HR policies and processes
2. Review existing HR policies and processes
3. Benchmark with industry best practices from a great place to work for organizations
4. Identify and recommend necessary changes
5. Work on recommendations on the inclusion of any new/obsolete policy
6. Design and develop a communication & feedback mechanism for evaluating policy impact and effectiveness in alignment with the organizational goals and needs
7. Assist the HR team with a few other projects, based on the requirement
