Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Reach out to prospective target audiences and recruit interns for our fundraising projects
2. Work on calling, screening, and shortlisting interns for our fundraising projects
3. Evaluate candidate skills and key responsibility areas
4. Maintain candidate database and generate reports from time to time
5. Strategize with the team on enhancing the recruitment experience and processes
