Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Activating, empowering, and connecting with people
2. Conducting intern phone interviews and have to do LinkedIn recruitment and work on other platforms
3. Building relationships with universities, professors, clubs and career services
4. Canvassing/tabling at universities, career fairs, and community events
5. Planning events, team times, recognition, etc. to create a fun working environment
6. Helping Crazy Club projects
