About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identify profiles as per given job description for the company
2. Receive the job description from the leads
3. Search the job portal based on the skills and other terms
4. Scrutinize the candidate by a telephonic discussion with respect to the profile
5. Collect all the required details like salary expectation, date of joining and terms of expectation
6. Arrange technical discussions
7. Follow the candidate and ensure he/she joins as per the committed date, after selection
