Human Resources (HR) Internship (Remote)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Complete your assigned tasks on a daily basis and report your daily progress to the mentor
2. Design and update job descriptions, act as a consultant to new hires, help them onboard
3. Screen incoming resumes and application forms and source potential candidates from various platforms like online platforms, virtual campus drives, etc. for all the departments of the company to ensure the growth of the company.
4. Advertise job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards, and internally, provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
5. Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
6. Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
7. Interview candidates (via phone, video call, or in-person)
8. Prepare and distribute assignments and daily tasks to the employees
9. Plan and coordinate the workforce to best use employees' talents
10. Handle grievance between management and employees
11. Ensure that the employees full of motivation and enthusiasm, by taking their
12. regular feedbacks, organizing small group activities, etc.
13. Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire
14. Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
15. Collaborate with directors and managers to identify future hiring needs
16. Work on content writing for social media platforms, websites, applications, etc..
