About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Overseeing all hiring stages from sourcing to onboarding
2. Advertising open roles on various channels including job boards, professional social networks, and our careers page
3. Coordinating our internal hiring process
4. Screening resumes and application forms based on essential criteria
5. Interviewing candidates via phone and video
6. Tracking key recruiting metrics like time-to-hire and source of hire
7. Reaching out to potential candidates and build relationships for future job opportunities (for example via LinkedIn or email)
8. Promoting our company as a great place to work
