Human Resources (HR) Internship (Remote)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Consistently recruiting excellent staff
2. Maintaining a smooth onboarding process
3. Training, counseling, and coaching our staff
4. Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation
5. Carrying out necessary administrative duties
6. Conducting performance and wage reviews
7. Enforcing policies and ensuring policy awareness
8. Creating clear and concise reports
9. Giving helpful and engaging presentations
10. Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance
11. Handling workplace investigations and disciplinary & termination procedures
12. Maintaining employee and workplace privacy

Note: We are looking for an HR intern to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture is a vital aspect.
