Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Recruit and onboard employees, ensuring a smooth hiring process and seamless integration
2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to maintain a fair and compliant workplace
3. Manage employee relations, addressing conflicts and providing guidance on employee performance and behavior
4. Maintain accurate HR data and generate reports for management, providing insights for decision-making
5. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, staying up to date with changes and implementing necessary adjustments
6. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees, supporting their professional development
