The individual will be responsible for attracting candidates, sourcing, evaluating resumes, and scheduling interviews with relevant stakeholders.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist recruitment team in sourcing profiles from databases, social media, etc.
2. Handle customized screening and contacting the applicants to determine qualification and interest level
3. Represent and promote the organization to potential applicants by providing information, responding to questions, and collecting applicant data
4. Follow up until the candidate gets on board and closures have been made
5. Create offer letters to selected candidates based on the information received from recruiters/candidates
6. Support the team in maintaining/updating the candidate database and relevant trackers
7. Manage the end-to-end BGV process
