Human Resources (HR) Internship (Remote)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on end-to-end recruitment for middle and senior-level, both IT positions to fulfill the internal requirements of the company
2. Working on job designing, job posting, and mass mailing of the jobs as well as taking care of short-listing the relevant profiles and processing them further for successful hiring
3. Working on day-to-day coordination with the stakeholders regarding the given positions and the profile related queries
4. Understanding the needs of various well-established and new clients
5. Providing a high-performance delivery as per the requirement of each and every client
6. Sourcing candidates through various modes of recruitment (job-positing, job-portals, reference-pulling, head-hunting, personal-resume collection) and working on them effectively
7. Scheduling and managing monthly recruitment drives
8. Managing the database, candidate trackers and MIS reports on a daily and weekly basis
