Human Resources (HR) Internship (Part time/Remote)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

* Somebody who can give a good amount of time to this project on a daily basis

1. Building a team for the fashion side of the company (we have a couple of senior team members under whom we will require around 8 interns)
2. Hiring a team which should have diversity such that the following area are covered: fashion stylists, blog writers, social media page handlers, social media marketing, SEO, and fashion designers
3. Building a collaboration method between Grroom and the interns which should not be one way, the interns need to learn, improve, and grow during the internship
4. Optimizing the team by the end of the internship by selecting the best candidates suited to work at Grroom and qualifying them for a placement offer
5. Working towards building a community within the company where each member could learn from the other in a healthy manner
