About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Leading the team of recruiters, training, mentoring the recruiters on the recruitment process, delegating the mandates, performance review of the recruiters
2. Connecting with candidates who are on sabbatical, understanding what type of jobs are they looking for, preparing the summary sheet
3. Working on assessment & evaluation of the candidature going beyond credentials
3 Interviewing, mentoring, coaching the candidates and helping them to prepare for the set interview by building up their confidence
4. Preparing the factsheet of the candidates on an Excel sheet
5. Working on internal & external hiring
