About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on hiring relevant profiles as per requirement
2. Working on handling attendance and administration activity
3. Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle from sourcing to joining
4. Sourcing the resumes through various sources like posting an advertisement on job portals and using its search machine and employee references
5. Working on shortlisting the candidate according to job specification and requirement
6. Working on scheduling and coordinating the interview with the panel
7. Managing the salary negotiation of the selected candidate
