1. Work on administering the hiring process including recruitment, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates
2. Work on providing support and guidance relating to performance management, salary/merit increases, promotions, bonuses, and reward and recognition programs
3. Work on offering guidance and support to management in dealing consistently and constructively with HR issues such as disciplinary actions, employee development, staffing, and creating a positive workplace culture
4. Work on facilitating resolutions of employee concerns and grievances with supervisors as needed
5. Work on ensuring compliance in all areas relating to human resource management
6. Create and distribute internal communications regarding status changes, benefits, or company policies
7. Work on administering new employee on-boarding and orientation
8. Develop and maintain talent management processes
9. Work on identifying future staffing needs
10. Work on processing complaints regarding sexual harassment, discrimination, or other instances of workplace harassment and assist in any necessary investigations and disciplinary actions
11. Work on maintaining employee personnel record

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per hiring).
