Human Resources (HR) Internship (Part time/Remote)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Reviewing job descriptions in to understand the needs of the hiring manager as well to ask questions that'll help you identify the right candidate(s)
2. Sourcing and discovering candidates
3. Ascertaining the competence of candidates against a technical job description
4. Meeting candidates in person, telephone, or video conference, etc. to assess their fitment to the job role.
5. Developing a framework for employee engagement activities
6. Creating a pipeline for digital hiring & other HR processes
7. Monitoring internal HR systems and databases
