Human Resources (HR) Internship (Remote)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
2. Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings
3. Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
4. Manage onboarding and new hire process
5. Be involved in the overall interview, selection, and closing process

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in human resource management or studying toward a degree in human resource management or a related field
2. Prior internship experience in recruitment
3. Strong communication skills
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Must be able to join immediately
