Human Resources (HR) Internship (Part time/Remote)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Designing, developing and maintaining the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
2. Handling the admin and accounting related responsibilities - office inventory, bank related work, office management, and coordinating with vendors for office maintenance
3. Interviewing and assessing candidates
4. Coordinating with the management and the heads of departments for devising and implementing HR policies and procedures
5. Developing forms for employee record, employee evaluation, performance management, experience letters, etc.
6. Handling payroll management
7. Looking after vendor management and payments
