We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and driven HR intern to assist our HR department with recruitment and HR-related tasks. The HR intern would help our recruitment team manage the sourcing of profiles matching the requirements, conducting screening calls, shortlisting and updating master sheets and the client sheets, scheduling interviews, etc.
The HR intern would work under the direct supervision of the Recruitment Lead or our Operations Manager
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies
2. Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates
3. Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms
4. Removing job advertisements from job boards and social media platforms once vacancies have been filled
5. Assisting in the planning of company events
6. Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates
7. Coordinating new hire orientations
