Human Resources (HR) Internship (Remote)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understanding the requirements thoroughly, and successfully recruiting professionals for the same within a time frame
2. Managing shortlisted candidates, coordinating and scheduling orientations, and handling the on-boarding process
3. Developing content for training for all internal employees for respective businesses
4. Assisting in competency mapping framework for all employees
5. Developing the training need analysis framework
6. Preparing and working towards the employee engagement calendar and activities for the year
7. Working on developing and enhancing the performance management framework and KPIs within the organization
