Human Resources (HR) Internship (Remote)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

I. HR Task:

1. Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries
2. Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment
3. Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate, and complies with legislation
4. Assist in the recruitment process
5. Set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence
6. Well-versed with MS Office suite.

II. Administrative task

1. Be responsible for incoming and outgoing telephone calls and emails
2. Handle office expenses under the approval of the director or finance manager
3. Manage office equipment and infrastructure to ensure a well-running office
4. Update the filling system and manage to file the official documents for both hard and electronic copies
