About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Hiring interns, part time employees, volunteers interested for the non profits cause
2. Screening and selection of right candidates suitable for our non profit campaigns
3. Managing and tracking of the candidates performance
4. Presenting candidates' performance to management for the selection of salaried roles
5. Issuing certificates for the campaign activities
6. Working on team building and motivation sessions
7. Working on updation of candidates profile in HRM software for management accountability
