About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on hiring interns, part-time employees, and volunteers interested in the cause of the non-profit
2. Screening and selecting the right candidates suitable for our non-profit campaigns
3. Managing and tracking the candidates' performances
4. Presenting candidates' performance to management for the selection of salaried roles
5. Issuing certificates for the campaign activities
6. Working on team building and motivation sessions
7. Working on the updation of candidates profile in HRM software for management accountability
