1. Preferably should have pursued an MBA in HR
2. Should not be engaged with any kind of ongoing academics program currently
3. Relevant work experience will be required to apply for this position
4. Period of Contract - 6 months (Can get extended or can be absorbed as FTE purely based on performance into Talent Acquisition role)
5. Minimum experience into recruitment - 2 years
6. Working days - 6, a fixed week off - Sunday, shift - general (must be open for extended working hours from office/WFH)
