Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Reviewing resumes, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews with the hiring manager or team leads
2. Doing all the entry formalities of a newly-hired intern for eg. sending offer letters, obtaining signed offer letters
3. Conducting orientation for newly hired interns and introducing them to the organization
4. Managing respective department interns and assuming responsibility for their functioning
5. Preparing excel sheets and word documents containing the work assigned to respective departments or interns
6. Doing exit formalities of an intern after their internship is over
7. Conducting direct disciplinary procedures and maintaining proper code of conduct within the organizational environment
8. Resolving conflicts and solving all queries of interns
9. Planning, coordinating, and supervising the workforce to use interns' talents efficiently
