Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Source teachers for our online programs on coding and any other upcoming online programs through various recruitment channels
2. Process all applications through a three-step process - online test, video interview, and then personal interview to select only high caliber teachers
3. Connect with college and institute placement cells to get high-quality teachers
4. Work on any other initiatives that are part of the company

The applicant should be a graduate from any top-tier college.
