Human Resources (HR) Internship (Remote)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, etc.)
2. Screen incoming resumes from candidates (directly and through references)
3. Conduct initial screening of candidates via phone, video, and in-person
4. Publish job openings internally and on the company s careers page, social media, job boards, etc.
5. Coordinate with candidates, hiring managers, and consultants
6. Provide regular updates of shortlisted candidates to hiring managers
7. Maintain a database and tracker whilst facilitating offer closure documents
