Human Resources (HR) Internship (Remote)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on the intern hiring cycle from onboarding to exiting
2. Manage HR admin tasks, like screening, sending invites, emailing, etc.
3. Coordinate and manage the internal and external team
4. Organize & conduct interviews and training workshops for new interns
5. Respond to and manage interns, donor queries, and doubts
6. Achieve monthly targets through workflow consistency

Skills and other requirements:

1. Interns with good communication skills, proficiency in speaking English, managing large teams, excellent multi-tasking, research, and efficient problem-solving skills will be preferred
2. The selected manager should be self-motivated and available at all times to solve any problems that may arise
