Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Connecting and sourcing candidates from nonconventional sources e.g. Instagram, Linkedin, Facebook etc.
2. Maintaining MIS in a meaningful manner and presenting the data to seniors on a need basis
3. Expertise in MS Excel will be an advantage
4. Work on suggesting innovative techniques to reduce manual processing
Skills and other requirements:
1. We require smart and out of the box thinker for our HR trainee role in Jaipur
2. Candidate must have good communication skills and should be confident
3. Jaipur-based female candidates preferred
Additional information: The location of our agency is Jaipur. Work timings will be 10:00 am - 6:00 pm. You will be provided with mobile reimbursement along with the stipend.
Note: Certificate will be awarded post successful completion of the internship.
