Human Resources (HR) Internship (Remote)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage and implement all recruiting tasks
2. Oversee the hiring process and make necessary modification
3. Enlist job postings on forums that can source new candidates at the time of hiring and source candidates for recruitment
4. Update job descriptions and requirements
5. Screen job applications and shortlist candidates
6. Conduct interviews and tests of the applicants to filter them further and advance them to the next level relevant to their job posting
7. Collaborate with HR and the management of the recruitment process
8. Network and build contacts to source candidates better in the future
9. Work following the company policy and standards
