Human Resources (HR) Internship (Remote)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Post new positions on websites and job boards
2. Assist with screening resumes and applications
3. Send offer and regret letters
4. Coordinate interviews by calling and Mailing the candidates.
5. Collect and update our database with new hire information (e.g. employment forms and contact information)
6. Maintain payroll data including leaves, working hours, and bank accounts
7. Proofread HR documents
8. Help prepare Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents
9. Track progress, priorities, and deadlines of various projects
10. Connect and reach out to different organizations institutes and schools
11. Collaboration with organizations
12. Maintaining our HR portal

Skills Required
1. Okay in MS office, Good in communication and Great in MS.Excel
2. Work on manual entry of data and quality check of data
*Preferred Passed-outs on or before 2021 (Any Degree).
