About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on LinkedIn for sourcing the candidates
2. Working on social media and researching to attract new candidates of that doing selling software in the USA
3. Making daily outbound calls minimum 80-100 to interview new candidates and doing background checks
4. Writing and posting technical job descriptions
5. Sourcing potential candidates on niche platforms, like Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Datorama, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Einstein, and Commerce Cloud
6. Parsing specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
7. Performing pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities
8. Interviewing candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions)
9. Coordinating with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
10. Crafting and sending personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
11. Participating in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals
12. Composing job offer letters
13. Onboarding the newly hired candidates
14. Conducting job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
15. Keeping up-to-date with new technological trends and products
