Selected intern's day to day responsibilities include:
1. Working with recruitment support where the incumbent will be supporting the CTO/tech leads in all internal hiring projects which would entail posting jobs, tracking applications, sourcing, and screening, organizing hackathons and workshops, and database management
2. Working on onboarding and orientation where the incumbent will be supporting the HR manager with onboarding new hires which would entail - implementing onboarding plan, scheduling sessions and training, documentation, and joining formalities
3. Managing the probation period and timely check-ins during the initial months of joining
4. Working on employee engagement where the incumbent will be supporting the HR manager with employee engagement activities
5. Implementing monthly events, coordinating celebrations of the month, and providing timely inputs on motivation flags, retention flags, and culture flags
6. Supporting the CTO in the administration of our Hyderabad office which includes office in-charge and maintenance and company asset management

2. This role also provides exposure to administer and run an entire office while working closely with the leadership(CTO) and reporting to the HR manager
3. It's a full-time internship. Currently remote, post lockdown/after COVID risk reduces then in Hyderabad
