Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage the complete recruitment, onboarding, and exit process- including identifying the right talents for our brand
2. Manage the internal and external communication, between the upper management and other interns, as well as colleges, applicants, etc. via email, social media, and miscellaneous written correspondence
3. Handle college relations and initiate sourcing and internship programs
4. Work on employer branding: using various social media platforms (quora, Tumblr, Reddit, LinkedIn, etc.) to market our brand and attract the best talent
5. Work on serving as a link between management and employees by handling queries, assigning tasks, and interacting with them whenever necessary as an executive assistant
6. Work on preparing a variety of correspondence and departmental forms and reviewing, editing, and formatting drafts and finalized materials to ensure that they are complete, accurate, and complying with policies and procedures
