This is regarding an opportunity with Talent Corner HR Services Pvt Ltd for HR-SUMMER INTERNSHIP(Full Time-3 Months)-Work From Home/VIRTUAL(FULL TIME)!
SUBJECT-HR-RECRUITMENT-FULL TIME
Perks:
Stipend: Rs.2,000/month(Lump-Sum amount of Rs. 6000/ shall be paid after 3 months)-Full Time + Certificate
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Laptop is mandatory
1. Determining applicant requirements by studying the job description
2. Attracting applicants by placing job advertisements
3. Designing and implementing an overall recruiting strategy
4. Performing job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
5. Screening resumes
6. Preparing recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/portals
7. Sourcing and recruiting candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
8. Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
9. Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
10. Following up on the interview process status
11. Providing analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Additional Information:
1. Training will be imparted to interns.
2. We are looking for full-time interns who can work from 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM, (1st & 3rd Saturday off).
3. Rest of the Saturday s are half day till 1.30 PM.
