About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on end to end recruitment
2. Handle recruitment at all levels
3. Work on making 30-40 recruitment calls per day
4. Call, shortlist, and coordinate with the candidate
5. Work on screening the candidates' CVs via job portals
6. Work on shortlisting and scheduling for job interviews
7. Work on counseling & convincing the candidates
8. Work on searching suitable profile of the candidate using job portals
9. Create & send JDs, interview call letters, reminder emails & rejection email
10. Learn how to create MS Word CVs in client format
11. Work on maintaining and preparing daily Excel sheets
12. Work on calling and following up with the candidates till joining
