About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Determining applicants' requirements by studying the job description
2. Attracting applicants by placing job advertisements
3. Designing and implementing an overall recruiting strategy
4. Performing job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
5. Screening resumes
6. Preparing recruitment materials and posting jobs to appropriate job board/portals
7. Sourcing and recruiting candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
8. Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
9. Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
10. Following up on the interview process status
11. Providing analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
12. Learning all the aspects of HR recruitment

Additional Information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 5000 per for every candidate placed & joined our client through you).

You will become a full-fledged HR recruiter by the end of 6 months.
Could be offered a full-time opportunity to continue with us as a recruiter.
We also give a performance-based incentive on top of the standard stipend.
Also, you will be given leaves during your exams.
